Custom Furniture Returns

Due to the custom nature of our furniture, all sales are generally final. Custom furniture is made specifically to your measurements, specifications, and design preferences, making returns impractical in most cases. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive furniture that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Inspect the damage or defect
  • Arrange for repair or replacement at no cost to you
  • Provide a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Please do not use damaged or defective items, as this may affect our ability to provide a remedy.

Design Approval Process

To minimize the need for returns, we provide a comprehensive design approval process:

  • 3D Visualization: We provide detailed 3D renderings of your furniture before production begins
  • Material Samples: You can review and approve material samples before final production
  • Final Approval: You must approve the final design, dimensions, and materials before we begin production

Once you approve the design and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible without incurring additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before Production: If you cancel before production begins, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus a 10% processing fee
  • During Production: If you cancel after production has begun, you may be responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation date
  • After Completion: Cancellations after completion are generally not accepted, except in cases of defects or damage

Modifications and Adjustments

If you are not completely satisfied with your custom furniture, we offer the following options:

  • Minor Adjustments: We may be able to make minor adjustments to improve fit or functionality at no additional cost, within 30 days of delivery
  • Refinishing: If you are not satisfied with the finish, we may offer refinishing services at a reduced cost
  • Modifications: Structural modifications may be possible but will incur additional charges

Warranty Claims

If your furniture has a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period specified in your order agreement. Please see our Terms of Service for detailed warranty information.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged
  • Items must be returned in their original condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom furniture made to specific measurements
  • Items that have been modified, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items that have been used extensively or show signs of wear
  • Special order items that have been personalized
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, you are responsible for:

  • Properly packaging the item to prevent damage during shipping
  • Arranging and paying for return shipping
  • Ensuring the item is received by us in its original condition

We recommend using a shipping service with insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
