Session Cancellation Policy
For individual tutoring sessions and conversation club sessions:
- 24+ Hours Notice: Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled or credited to your account
- Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or credit
- No-Show: Missed sessions without prior cancellation are not eligible for refund or credit
- Instructor Cancellation: If an instructor cancels a session, you will receive a full credit or opportunity to reschedule
Course Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an enrolled course:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the course start date for a full refund
- Cancellations after the course has started are subject to the refund eligibility criteria above
- Partial refunds may be calculated based on the proportion of the course completed
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing our services:
